SHIPPING/TRACKING

- Please note that due to the high volume of orders we receive everyday, your shipment may take longer than expected. We know that it may be very frustrating to wait extra long for your order, but we'd much rather have the wait be longer than sacrifice the quality of your order.
DELIVERY
- Please note that the your local customs office may delay your delivery time by requiring additional documents or time to clear your package. Your order will be delivered either by your local courier or postal office.
- Please note that if your order includes a large item that ships freight, this will require a confirmed delivery appointment before the item is delivered.
CHANGE/CANCELLATION
- If for any reason you need to change or cancel your order, notify us immediately. Once the items are shipped, no changes/cancellations will be accepted.
